60% Chardonnay from Oger, Avize & Vertus
28% Pinot Noir from Vertus & Bergère-Lès-Vertus 12% Pinot Noir vini ed into red wine
Vinification :

• Malolactic fermantation
• 5 years on the lees
• Resting at least 6 months after disgorgement
• Low dosage Brut

TASTING NOTES
A luminous salmon and glittering gold dress, this Rosé 2013 vintage is a gastronomic breakaway. This champagne blends notes of freshly harvested red fruits to aromas of a brioche newly cooked. It is a cuvee ready to be appreciated or to be aged in a cellar for a few years in order to enjoy all the complexity of its aromas.

FOOD PAIRING
We would recommend our Rosé to be enjoyed as an ape- ritif, with a seafood platter or with a chocolate dessert such as a chocolate fondant or a black forest cake.
